Reservations:

To confirm a booking we require either 20% of total cost of stay by sterling cheque, bank transfer or via credit card details which we simply hold as surety on the booking. When sending credit card details via email it is prudent to do so in 2 parts as the line is not secured. Alternatively tel: 44 (0) 1446 773171

Please note:

There is no smoking in the house. You are welcome to smoke in the gardens. 20% of total cost of stay is due upon cancellation Full payment is due if B&B cancellation occurs within 72 hour of the commencement of the booking or within 1 month for cancellation of group bookings and the self catering apartments. In all cases if we are able to re let the accommodation no charge will be levied. Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangements. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds nor left alone in the accommodation and must be tidied up after in the grounds.
